SUMMARY:Finding Your Roots: Free Resources for Building a Family Tree
DESCRIPTION:During this three part series we’ll celebrate Juneteenth and Black Culture and Heritage in Horsham as we learn about the process of researching the identities of enslaved people at historic museum houses and build a toolkit to bridge gaps in your own family history. The in-person program will be held at 2 pm on June 18 to get you started and the virtual follow-up programs will be held June 20 and 27 at 7 pm to review and discuss the research process and give participants a community space to troubleshoot their research. Virtual program will be held over Zoom and you will provide your contact email during the June 18 program.\n
