SUMMARY:CANCELLED - Hearth Cooking Class: Highland Heritage
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the Keith\, Graeme\, and Fergusson families' Celtic heritage with traditional Irish and Scottish dishes.\n\nIn 1747\, English cook Hannah Glasse revolutionized how we ate by publishing the first book of recipes written in language for the common person.\n\nToday we delve into her recipes using authentic heirloom ingredients in the open hearth kitchen standing beside the home of Pennsylvania Governor Sir William Keith. Each class menu is based on historical seasonal ingredients\, styled after menus true to the eating habits of the era. No experience is necessary. Ages 16 and up welcome.\n\nAll classes taught by experienced open hearth cook Erin Agnew.\n\nClasses are $45/each\, $35/members & students\, or $35/two or more different classes purchased at the same time for same individual. \n\nClick HERE to register.
