Refresh your senses with a 45 minute Yoga Class in the Park followed by a 15-20 minute Mindful Meditation Walk through the scenic and charming walking trails. This uplifting vinyasa class offers flowing movement to awaken your senses and boost your energy. Treat yourself to time outside as you enliven your spirit and elevate your routine. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered for those who are newer or have physical limitations. Optional: bring friends and a picnic to enjoy after class while you explore the grounds and trails of this 42-acre national historic landmark park.

Cost: $16 or use your Evergreen Yoga Studio class pack or membership
